John L. Prescher

John Prescher is a Senior Consultant for ESi. He is an accomplished Mechanical Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in the following areas: Project scoping, study, design, bidding, construction administration, and project management on a wide array of projects, including, chilled water / steam generation, utility piping, plumbing systems, air compressors, cooling towers, HVAC, exhaust, and commissioning both domestically and internationally. Experience also includes system troubleshooting, evaluating system performance, and identifying repair/replacement plans.
